Melissa has been working with children of all ages for the past four years and has loved every moment of it. Each day gives her a new reason why working with children is one of the most fun and rewarding jobs. She graduated from UC Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. Soon after graduation, her career path had taken a turn. She began working with children and soon discovered her purpose in life is enriching children’s growth and development. Although her journey to becoming a teacher may not have been as “traditional” as most, she found out early on how passionate she was about working with children. Melissa then decided to go back to school for her Early Childhood Education certificate through UCLA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two cats.
