Topics that will be discussed include:

• A student’s right to disability-related reasonable accommodations from a public or private college or university
• Federal and state laws that provide for disability-related reasonable accommodations in college or university settings
• The complaint process if a college or university denies a student a disability-related reasonable accommodation
