Please join the Family Resource Center (FRC) of San Mateo County as we host an online discussion on navigating the transition to adulthood process for our teenagers with disabilities. Topics that will be discussed include: conservatorships, independent living, post-secondary education, vocational services, recreation and socialization, and more.

Simultaneous interpretation in Spanish will be offered.
